Hackajob has great Candidates that are live and available and match my requirements, no searching endlessly, it's candidates at your fingertips. It is easy to use and I literally use it every day, it's like any good recruitment tool, the more you use it the more you get out of it! I have hired over 25 employees with them over the past 3yrs! So far it's been a great partnership with hackajob, from the initial trial to being live in the platform we've had excellent support from many members of the team. In terms of the platform itself the AI-driven approach to sourcing talent on hackajob has made the process significantly more efficient and targeted. The platform itself is sleek and intuitive, making it easy to navigate. One feature that I've found particularly useful is the bubbles showing candidate's recent companies and tenure at a glance which has been incredibly helpful for quick assessments. Overall, Hackajob looks to to a valuable addition to our hiring toolkit.
