Great support, But Results Could Be Stronger

I like and always appreciate the engagement from the team, as they are always seeking ways to ensure they are able to deliver to our needs. I also like to think that we played some part in their own evolution. It did become easier to use based on feedback, the support has always been really good.

Great product, great company, great staff.

What I like most about hackajob is the quality and relevance of the candidates it surfaces. The platform does a good job of matching us with engineers whose skills and experience align closely with the roles we’re hiring for, which saves a lot of time compared with traditional sourcing methods. It also fits well into our existing recruiting workflow. The interface is straightforward and the candidate information is clear, which makes it easy for our team to quickly review profiles and engage with potential hires. Another strong point is the candidate intent. Many of the engineers on hackajob are actively open to opportunities, which leads to more meaningful conversations and a better response rate compared with other platforms. Overall, it helps us connect with high-quality technical talent more efficiently.
