We have been using Froonze for our loyalty program for several years now, and it is clearly one of the most reliable and pleasant applications we have used so far. The overall design of the loyalty widget is very successful, modern, and perfectly integrated, and the new customer account page is particularly well thought out, both for the end user and for merchant management. What we appreciate the most is the stability of the application. Everything works smoothly and consistently over time, which is essential for a loyalty program. Finally, the customer support is exceptional! Always available, extremely friendly, responsive, and truly committed to helping and finding solutions. It is a real pleasure to work with such a professional team. We tested another app "Joy" for a few months to compare the benefits and to remain objective about the functioning of our program, but we quickly returned to Froonze, which offers the same type of program, but with much more stability.

Instant Rewards and Powerful Wishlist Drive Customer Loyalty

I like the fact it's a no-nonsense platform to rewards customers instantly for store purchases. It also has a great wishlist feature which could be built out to really help conversions and gather data. Pricing is straightforward to understand and offers great value. It was super easy to get up and running quickly.
