Intuitive and Effective Loyalty Tool, Needs More Integrations

|Froonze Loyalty
I use Froonze Loyalty for my store's reward and store credit system, and it's super easy, one of the best apps in my tech stack. It looks amazing on the storefront and is super intuitive to configure. It does exactly what it promised, turning one-time buyers into loyal repeat customers, which I find impressive. I actually like their other module, the customer backend panel, and when integrated with their loyalty model, it's a beast for me, even more effective than other high-end enterprise platforms. Each of my customers can see their order history, and it has replenishment in one button, making it very user-friendly. I also really like the wish list model and the social login feature. Plus, it solves a lot of CX tickets, which is a huge plus.

A Must-Have Loyalty System for Retail and Ecomm

|Froonze Loyalty
Froonze is a must have especially for retail businesses that rely on customers that by direct online and in store. It is a fully featured loyalty system at a price you could say “you can’t afford not have Froonze loyalty” Froonze is an integral part of my business and the way it handles loyalty and wishlists is amazing. I have never been able to really engage with my loyalty as I have now until I used Froonze. I have used a few others in the past but Froonze wins hands down and if you’re stuck with an issue or idea, the Froonze support team are excellent and responses are so quick. 10/10 is an understatement
