I like how Froonze Loyalty automates the emails and notifications, which allows me to connect Klaviyo effortlessly. It's super easy to set up, and I appreciate all the progress tiers. They offer an all-in-one solution for managing a wishlist, rewards program, and login, which I used to handle with multiple apps. The simplicity of the setup and the helpfulness in customization are great.

Froonze has been a really good starting point for developing our loyalty program both online and in-store. With it, we’ve been able to make some great improvements to our program. It’s affordable, and the support is great. The team is very helpful and thinks along with us about possibilities, as well as developing new features, which makes Froonze a very good fit for our brand. The app’s continuous development has also created a valuable partnership with Froonze.

Affordable, feature-rich loyalty program with exceptional customer support

We've been using Froonze for a while now and are very happy using their application. It helps us engage with our customers very efficiently. The app rewards customer activity, sends notifications, and provide easy-to-use widgets that constantly earn praise from our customers. A very nice bonus is that besides loyalty program and wishlist, they have a customer portal where our customers can engage with the loyalty program and other functionalities of our website. This has been a game changed for us! Another awesome feature they added recently is the digital passes for Shopify POS - it enables our customers to download digital passes to their mobile wallets which we can scan using our POS machine. This avoids asking customers for their email or phone number! The pricing is very fair and convenient. We can select what functions we want and only pay for them. The customer support team is very professional. They resolve all of our queries very fast.
