I really like being able to log in at any time from anywhere in the world to check my messages and respond to questions. The 'send to pharmacy' feature is incredibly useful, allowing me to send prescriptions to a pharmacy of the patient's choosing once the prior authorization is obtained, which saves me from sending it directly from my electronic health record. I also appreciate that the portal allows patients to sign up for patient assistance, helping them gain their medication at a lower cost, which they are grateful for. The transition from Cover My Meds to Forus was smooth because Forus has a smoother interface that allows for better follow-ups. The initial setup was extremely easy.

We use Forus (formerly Tandem) for help with biologics for our large dermatology practice, and it saves so much time for our staff. I really like how quickly they can process our patients' prior authorizations. The process to get biologics approved is so much quicker and easier, saving us from having to schedule multiple employees to work on them. Customer service is great. Our patients appreciate Forus as well. The initial setup was very easy, and we hit no road bumps. Forus was great to work with and set up.

What I like most about using Forus is how user-friendly and efficient it is. On top of that, things get done very quickly on their end, which is great because it helps our patients get the care they need without unnecessary delays. Worth every penny.
