It's a very "send it and forget it" situation. We send prescriptions and rarely have any follow up to do. Forus will automatically pull the required clinical data from our EMR and submit the PA. In case of denials, it will automatically initiate appeals or try to get the patient on an assistance program. Best of all, it's FREE and very easy to use. We send dozens of prescriptions each day & never have issues with delays. Forus is very reliable, rarely has outages. I believe just once when the entire amazon web services host servers went down but the entire world went out also.

I love that there is one place to see the entire workflow, and we are a team with the ability to get the patient on therapy and reduce the red tape and disconnect. Well, it does not cost the practice anything out of pocket, so great!
