We use Forus (formerly Tandem) for help with biologics for our large dermatology practice, and it saves so much time for our staff. I really like how quickly they can process our patients' prior authorizations. The process to get biologics approved is so much quicker and easier, saving us from having to schedule multiple employees to work on them. Customer service is great.
