I like the simple setup and the quick learning ability of Fonio's AI.

The setup was surprisingly quick and straightforward, even as a sole proprietor without a large team. The assistant reliably answers calls, systematically asks for the name and concern, and then sends me a summary via email and SMS. I was pleasantly surprised that the notification arrived even during a dropped test call with a poor connection – the name and callback number were there, so I could have definitely called back. For me as an IT service provider with a small but important call volume, it's just right. The EU hosting was also a topic for me, especially because of more sensitive clients.

The versatile application possibilities of AI and the skills it brings, as well as the helpfulness of the employees
