What we like most about Fonio is the combination of easy setup, high flexibility, and actual everyday usefulness. Within a few days, we were able to set up an AI phone assistant that professionally answers calls, structures inquiries, and noticeably relieves our team. We were particularly impressed by how individually the assistant can be customized through its own prompts, knowledge databases, and rules. This creates not just an answering machine, but a true digital employee. The call quality, rapid development, and personal support also convinced us.

Immediately after registration, fonio reads its own website and independently creates an excellent FAQ overview including suggested answers. You can manually adjust everything, but thanks to the high quality, this wasn't necessary for us! The system can be easily fed with your own PDFs to further expand the expertise. Even for questions that weren't exactly worded in the FAQs, the AI responded absolutely precisely, factually correct, and without errors. The AI's response time is impressively short. The delay is so minimal that you hardly notice you're speaking with an AI. The conversation feels absolutely natural. The user interface is extremely intuitive. Additionally, the pricing model is highly attractive – fonio is cheaper than the specialized competition and delivers significantly better performance at the same time.

I find it very practical that with Fonio, you can relatively easily set up a phone assistant that can be connected with various applications like Google Scripts and our internal Google Workspace. The clear and intuitively structured prompt is something I appreciate, as it makes usage easier. The integration via web hooks with our Google Suite is particularly useful. I also appreciate that we can make data queries during and after the call through inbound webhooks, which supports the direct processing of concerns. The setup of Fonio was also relatively easy and quickly done, simply through a Gmail forwarding.
