I think it's great that fonio is very fast and can also answer background questions that we haven't even input. It's particularly valuable that it can switch between different languages, which greatly relieves us, as we are not constantly interrupted by calls and can work with concentration. Additionally, the initial setup of fonio was very easy.

Callers get a professional experience whether Fonio is taking down a repair request or arranging a technician visit. Some customers do act a bit weird once they realize it’s AI, but that’s not something I would blame on Fonio.
