I've been a customer of Firefish for almost 7 years now, but the reason for my review today is after a client update call with Scott McFarlane and Scott Sorbie, who gave me some support and guidance on some of the really cool features that I've not been using, such as LinkedIn parsing of candidates, Chat GPT creation of candidate profiles and logging emails from Outlook. They're also helping me tweak a couple of other things on the CRM to allow better candidate suggestions for my jobs. Great customer service and features!

The best features are the analytics, Integrations and AI automation. Their support has been exceptional.

It has been a year with Firefish. Really easy to use and simple to integrate and it has numerous features within itself. It helps to automate our MIS. We frequently use this software in our daily operations. Their customer support is awesome.
