Customers can genuinely influence product development. The customer success team understands the industry the platform serves, and the workflows make sense in day-to-day use. The product is updated constantly, and the team has embraced AI in a way that feels practical and aligned with how the platform is used.

It's incredibly easy to navigate and I got to grips with it very easily from the start. I also really like the fact that FF are constantly improving the platform, listening to their users and introducing new features regularly. I particularly like using Quil and look forward to this specific integration improving further down the line.

There is nothing not to like about Firefish. The support staff from top to bottom are all amazing and do everything they can to support their clients. The system is easy to use, easy to set up and to integrate. It has a host of features that are being added to frequently. It is a system that clients use multiple times per day.
