Comprehensive Business Database with Excelent Responsive Support
There are two things I like about D&B Hoovers compared with other platforms. First, D&B can be considered a comprehensive database of business entities. Second, the support service is awesome. If I run into any issues, I can submit a ticket for an investigation request, and they will reach out to me the next business day. They also keep me informed about the progress. Most of the time, they can identify the issue and resolve it quickly.

Nice functionality, occasionally low detail reporting
Reporting is easily pulled, and the details, if present, are very useful. Being able to save the reporting to my profile comes in very handy for confirming that I'm pulling documentation on the correct companies year over year.
