It is so easy to train employees to use Dozuki, whether they are authors or users. The platform is almost self-explanatory. It is easy to navigate for users. The content is presented in a consistent manner that enables users to find what they need. We appreciate that authors can add images and video, reducing the quantity of written instructions required for more complicated processes. Document control requirements of Quality Management Systems are easily handled in Dozuki. The approval processes are very adaptable and we have never had a problem with document control. We also appreciate that all revisions are retained and easily viewable by those with permissions.

We looked for a software where we could create our own training videos as well as having the compliance videos/training availabe and Dozuki provided that for us. It was very easy to implent to our process. We utilized this service when new hires start and on a monthly basis for compliance.

The ability to take existing documentation and upload into Dozuki helped us fast-track using the platform. The ability to search makes it easy for employees find documentation. Customer support has been great when needed and Dozuki continues to develop the product adding new features.
