I think the best part of Dozuki is the easy user interface. Having used many different softwares and host sites, Dozuki offers one of the most straight-forward and simple (yet feature-rich) writing tools to date.

Dozuki is quite easy to use and understand overall, which is huge. We use it for internal processes and external product instructions for our customers, and we have had great experiences with both. Our main reason for choosing Dozuki was the prerequisite feature. We struggled with things constantly changing and having to change it in multiple places was a pain, but the prerequisite features helps us with that. It was also easy to implement into our daily duties. We can just hop right in when needed and the people using the internal instructions seem to really like them and find them very useful.
