Dozuki is great for documenting and organizing work instructions, wikis, and the like. They have a great, reponsive team as well. Additionally, they've made improvements since I initially subscribed to the platform that have been excellent steps forward in making the platform even better (approvals/history for wikis comes to mind). Dozuki is very intuitive when it comes to building work instructions (guides), and wikis. I like the format, the UI, and the way the finished documents are presented. The approval processes and document history are excellent, and have made external audits very easy for me in that regard.

I like how dozuki handles all of the formatting for ultimate consistency from manual to manual. It is also very easy to insert media.

We found the deployment and configuration of Dozuki to be very straight forward and easy to administer.
