The insights feature gives me good reporting on customer usage. The ease of use, both as an administrator and for users, is notable, as it is user-friendly with minimal confusion. Uploading content and creating courses is straightforward, and the central repository feature for course content is effective. I enjoy the reporting features, particularly Docebo Insights, and the ability to create custom reports. For users, it is seamless to find and launch assigned courses.
