The automation rules help me a lot new users get the right courses without me doing it manually. The platform is stable and works well even with many users. I also like the AI features because they show clear insights about what users learn, where they get stuck, and how training helps. The help desk articles are useful for me as the only admin. I can quickly check how to set auto enrollments or contests without asking support. The pricing model is good too, since we only pay per active user, which saves money. So overall i can this is the best product i used.

I like some of the features in Docebo, especially the ability to create and duplicate courses. Being able to duplicate courses helps me save time, which is really valuable.
