I've played around with a bunch of support tools, but Desku.io? It's a game-changer. Their chatbots are on point and get what customers are asking. Setting it up was a breeze, and the fact that it links up with Shopify? That's just icing on the cake. It's seriously made handling customer support way easier for me. Can't recommend it enough!

Taken our support to next level

|Desku.io
For me, Desku has been the easiest to use with fair pricing and all the integrations. We didn't want any complex tool with complex features for our product and Desku has delivered just that. Plus, their customer support is bang-on with solving issues on priority. The fact that it also provides a knowledgebase for users to deep dive into and get answers to their FAQs was also a big plus for us. Though, I wish the AI was more enhanced but it's just the start.
