I love the transcription feature. I can record a long webinar or meeting, and Dadan will transcribe it for me. Then I can paste the transcript into Chat GPT and have it summarized. The interface is really easy to use, which makes the whole process smooth. But best of all, if there’s ever a bug, there’s support there to look after you.

I used Dadan to record email setup SOPs for my Executive Assistant. It makes creating SOPs and guides faster and easier. I really like the extra video editing features I didn't know I needed; I thought I was getting just screen recording software, but it included the bells and whistles I actually need, which made my output much better. The transcription and AI features are great for creating written documents faster because now I don't have to spend a lot of time on that. I also found the setup to be super easy and it was one of the best onboarding experiences I've had.
