I used Dadan to record email setup SOPs for my Executive Assistant. It makes creating SOPs and guides faster and easier. I really like the extra video editing features I didn't know I needed; I thought I was getting just screen recording software, but it included the bells and whistles I actually need, which made my output much better. The transcription and AI features are great for creating written documents faster because now I don't have to spend a lot of time on that. I also found the setup to be super easy and it was one of the best onboarding experiences I've had.

What we have been most impressed by is Dadan’s communication, they have been very responsive and open to feedback, which we highly value.

I like how quickly I can capture and share my screen with both visuals and audio. It makes explaining things to clients much clearer, saves time, and helps them understand everything faster.
