I especially like that the AI supports the workflow rather than being awkwardly stapled onto the product because every SaaS company apparently received the same memo. Dadan also goes beyond basic recording with analytics, viewer engagement tools, calls to action, quizzes, polls, video requests, team collaboration, and integrations for broader workflows. That makes it useful for client walkthroughs, tutorials, feedback, internal documentation, and meetings, rather than being another tool that only generates a video link. Support has been responsive, development has moved quickly, and the team appears to listen to its users. Combined with the pricing and the number of tools it can potentially replace, the overall value is excellent.
