Data extraction is fast and easily integrates with other tools like SQL/POWERBI. CYF support responds promptly and generates dynamic tickets, the response usually comes in less than 24 hours and provides us with satisfactory information about the resolution of the raised issue, containing the root cause and ways to prevent it from happening again. The implementation of CYF is also usually quick and dynamic, considering that we can migrate/copy already created records, facilitating the handling and inclusion of new segments. I did not use an AI tool.

In addition to the ease of access to the platform and dynamics within the initial vision, the platform offers a complete schedule on the quality reports and forms we need to use in our daily activities. Furthermore, the new report dynamics present in the evaluation tab have provided a simpler view to understand and verify each available topic in the operation, which is essential for those who are still learning about the platform and want to understand how the reports work, complete topics, etc. The updates are essential for improvement and the didactics also help a lot, in addition to the tools that are very comprehensive for everyday use.
