It is a comprehensive tool for the evaluated to receive their assessment with a clear and objective visual. I like the option of feedback validation through a token with validation from the evaluated and their manager, it gives me confidence that the process at the end was followed. For the evaluator, it is an interesting tool for filling out the checklist if it is configured correctly by the manager, in addition to being able to monitor their own performance, managing time and the volume of samples performed daily/monthly. For the manager, having various modes of registering the questions that make up the checklist is very good, the extraction modules via the site are reliable and trustworthy, in addition to being able to extract data in real time. The implementation is quick, with the responsibility of the quality manager to configure the checklists. I use it daily and whenever I needed support, I was very well attended to. I use the tool integrated with the company's database, I perform extractions more routinely via the database and overall it serves well.
