Easy to use and to make changes on the fly as you build a form. Sometimes changes are needed on the fly to a form and the system allows that flexibility without delays to timelines. Full control of the build, implementation and easy to integrate ideas into the build. The customer service is amazing, always ready to assist when i have issues with conditional actions or have general questions and extremely responsive.

Really disappointing software and software support. Sometimes we wait more than a week for a response and when FDA trial participants are not able to save their responses we lose 12-14 in a week at a time and do not recoup those costs.
