I liked TrialKit's participant-facing app. I liked the onboarding with TrialKit and our 1:1 time with a trainer as well as independent lessons.

TrialKit is very easy to use, for both entering and monitoring data. The clinical coordinators like it for its ease of use. I also appreciate the customer support I get to troubleshoot and to walk me through the database when I can't figure out the steps on my own. Paul is a great resource. He's always prompt, knowledgeable and friendly. I use TrialKit almost everyday to keep an eye on data entry and to monitor.

A lot of customization that allowed us to design the study to our specification. The Trialkit team was great at helping and always listens to the customers to their needs and providing a lot of support. With Trialkit team support and how easy it is to use of the platform it was easy to implement the design.
