The phone and text service itself are both very good and fairly easy to use. The process of ordering and working with the sales team, especially Carly, was excellent. The support team is helpful and responsive, but know that you may have to contact them often, especially if you are updating or changing your service.

I like that Crexendo provides the flexibility to always have access to my office account and voicemails, which is really useful for our staff who work remotely. The Crexendo mobile app lets them work as if they were in the office. I also find the voicemail transcriptions much easier and faster to read and then I can listen if something is unclear.

I really like that I can route calls to my cell phone, which lets me make and receive calls even when I’m not in the office. Onboarding was easy and the staff were very supportive. The services provide all the functions I need at a great price.
