Top-Notch Product with Extraordinary Human Support
The product is top notch, but the support is extraordinary. Any issues, questions, etc and you get to speak to an actual human, who is knowledgeable, helpful, and resolves any issue right away. Pricing is competitive, and performance and integration excellent.

Great Phone & Text Service, but Service Changes Can Feel Complicated
The phone and text service itself are both very good and fairly easy to use. The process of ordering and working with the sales team, especially Carly, was excellent. The support team is helpful and responsive, but know that you may have to contact them often, especially if you are updating or changing your service.

Flexible Telecommunication with Room for UI Improvement
I like that Crexendo provides the flexibility to always have access to my office account and voicemails, which is really useful for our staff who work remotely. The Crexendo mobile app lets them work as if they were in the office. I also find the voicemail transcriptions much easier and faster to read and then I can listen if something is unclear.
