Easy to use
A telecom vendor referred me to Crexendo. a year ago. We have steadily been adding users, and Kiloh worked with us recently to consolidate the term date for all our numbers into a single date and worked out a great renewal deal for us as well :)

Communications Carol Rocks!
The customer support was really my favorite, both with sales and technical support. Everyone was prompt and helpful. The pricing was great. The app is easy to navigate. I had a couple of hiccups happen (not Crexendo's fault) and Carol continuously checked in until the issues were resolved.
