The pricing was a better fit for our business than some competitors. My biggest concern is that we've occasionally found company data to be incomplete or inaccurate, so we verify key information through our own customer records, trade references, and direct communication with customers before making credit decisions. I also want to recognize our previous account representative, Bonnie Ball, who consistently provided excellent customer service and was always responsive and helpful. We've recently been assigned a new representative, but haven't worked with them long enough to provide meaningful feedback.
