Efficient Communication Log, Smooth Setup
I kind of like how everything flows through the system, and I haven't had a problem with finding information because everything is pretty well labeled. It's easy to guide there. I like the communications log that allows us to communicate with clients through text, which is really beneficial. I really appreciate that everything is categorized pretty well, making it easy to flow through the system. Overall, the setup was pretty easy too.

I love that Covetrus vRxPro® is extremely easy to use and navigate, and none of our team have a hard time utilizing it. It's a trusted supplier that we can count on to provide quality products to our clients. Also, it helps us to retain some of the revenue that we lose to third-party pharmacies with pricing that is equivalent to other online retailers.
