I like that Covetrus vRxPro® is very easy to use. It's straightforward to put in a prescription and autofill the instructions, which saves time. Our clients find it convenient to access and check out smoothly. The software also supports convenience for clients through features like auto reminder emails and coupon use. I appreciate that it includes a two-way integration with Vetspire, allowing for patient and client information to auto-populate, which makes managing prescriptions easier for the team. The initial setup was also very easy, which was a relief for us.
