The Cova POS is a reliable system with very few drawbacks.
Things I like about the Cova POS include how easy it is to intake products and how seamlessly it communicates with METRC, especially when adjusting inventory. The pricing is also a strong advantage, it’s very affordable compared to other systems. Troubleshooting issues is straightforward, and their customer support team is responsive and helpful, offering a much better experience than other providers we’ve used in the past.
