I personally really like the support team at Cova POS. They are very good, listen to everything that needs to be done, and try to work with us. We've had reports made for us that Cova has never had before, which has been fantastic. They're always looking to improve as well. I really do like this product. The support team always looks for feedback, they’re willing to listen, learn, and react to our needs. They have implemented new things over time, which has been great for us as a company. I really like their feedback tab and the regular updates provided when something goes down. The onboarding process was great; we had excellent people taking care of us. We still have a great account manager, and it truly is a great company overall. We've had no problems since transitioning from our previous provider. I find Cova POS reliable and constantly evolving to improve their product.
