We use the Pre-application Intent Signals and Pre-onboarding parts of the platform at Kingfisher, and both have added real value in different ways. Intent Signals was very simple to implement and has made a noticeable difference to the richness of the conversations our recruiters are having with candidates, particularly in our higher-volume recruitment areas. Having a better understanding of candidate intent means recruiters can focus their time and energy where it will have the most impact. It has saved recruiter time, which we have been able to reinvest in candidates who are more engaged, ultimately helping us deliver a better candidate experience. Pre-onboarding has also been a great addition. It gives us a platform to connect with colleagues before their formal start date, which has helped us start building that relationship much earlier. It gives new colleagues more confidence about what to expect on day one and helps them feel connected to the organisation before they even walk through the door. For us, it's been a really effective way of giving people a positive start in their new role.

I really like the support of the Connectr Talent Technology team. They make things so easy for us by ensuring that our space is the best it can be, requiring very minimal input from my team.
