I've never worked in comp before and didn't realize the importance of communicating the value of equity and my company's goals until becoming a CEO. The customization was all self-serve and I used the analytics to monitor the most competitive candidates. Complete's UI is not overwhelming and the definitions save me time in the short and long term too.

We've been so impressed by the team's product development and new features that are always one step ahead of what we're hoping for. They also have a lot of great templates that made it easy for the whole team to work with and get started really quickly.

Complete made it easy to explain the longer term business goals and equity growth.
