Easy and Visible

Being able to have a central location for contractors and CMs to submit, review, and openly track change orders is great. It allows full tracking of change orders and doesn't rely on emails being sent and received and trusting the person on the other end is taking the necessary steps to track the changes. It allows all parties to see status, leave comments, and work to get change orders issued. Now that there is a feature to track allowances this has become a one stop shop for all things change order related.
