I enjoy the intuitiveness and ease of navigating Clearstory. The wealth of tutorials is great for helping my subcontractors and coworkers. The most important part is the people. Clearstory has an excellent customer service-oriented culture. I can quickly find tutorials and instructions for my subcontractors and coworkers. When I can't find a solution, reaching out to the support team is effective. The bot works well, and the team always checks in to ensure the response was needed or to provide additional assistance and clarifications. I'm never nervous about finding solutions. The initial setup was so easy, it only took one training session to grasp the main concepts. I'm thankful for the team, and they have a clean program they're working with. I am a fan of Clearstory.

The program is easy to use, reduces the need for multiple entries, customer service has been top notch and responses are usually received within 2 hours. I like that the system is not bogged down with multiple tools for other construction related items.
