Clearstory (formerly Extracker) is a Change Order Communication Tool that connects Specialty Contractors, General Contractors, and Owners so they can track project Change Orders in real-time. We replace the traditional methods of tracking Change Orders via email, Excel, and paper documents on the job site. Our product offerings include: Change Order Request Log — track changes in real-time between all stakeholders with our collaborative COR Log; Digital T&M Tags — use our web or mobile app to easily track field-directed extra work; Change Notifications — distribute changes and track cost impacts; and Integrations — we integrate with Procore, PlanGrid, Sage, and CMiC.
