Easy to Launch and Keeps Our University Info in Sync

Students just want to ask a question and get help. Chatbase has been good because we can connect information from admissions, financial aid, housing, deadlines, campus services, and general student policies into one agent. It was also easier to launch than I expected. We connected a lot of existing documentation instead of having to manually write every possible question and answer. The fact that it can sync with our docs is a big deal because university info changes all the time.

Parents get answers without waiting for our team

The best thing is how easy it is to keep updated. Our programs change a lot depending on the school year, grade level, and subject. With Chatbase, we can upload new docs, update our FAQs, and the agent starts using that information without us having to rebuild everything from scratch. I also like the Suggestions feature. It shows us what parents are asking that we didn’t explain clearly enough on our site. That has honestly helped us improve our actual website content too.

Support tickets dropped almost immediately

We looked at a few different options and Chatbase was just the easiest to get running. We connected our Shopify store, added our help docs, and had the agent live pretty quickly. The nice part is that it does more than just answer FAQs, it can also check on orders. I also like that it doesn’t feel like we had to change our whole support setup. We already had a help desk and existing workflows, and Chatbase fit into that instead of forcing us to rebuild everything.
