Unlocking a new channel for pipeline creation

Our team was excited to bring on Champify as prior to onboarding the tool, we did not have a solution for tracking job changes of past users and customers. Therefore, it simultaneously filled a RevOps need and opened up a new pipeline channel for us. Onboarding and integrating with Salesforce was fairly seamless and the Champify team provided hands-on support throughout the process. The tool has uncovered new sales opportunities for us and has allowed us to stay one-step ahead in a competitive market.

Simple and effective

It's a simple and laser-focused tool which is exactly what I wanted: a way to track former buyers and champions at new companies. Within two or three weeks (enterprise sales motion) we had two demos booked and one of them was a lead that by itself would 20x our Champify investment, proceeding directly into a POC.

Champify has been key in helping with our outbound sales motion

As the Goldcast team ramps up our AE outbound motion, Champify has helped me get two meetings booked compared to weaker early results with traditional channels. My favorite alerts are around -- previous license at previous company, champion departed (alongside help with CS/AM team) and a contact at a close lost. The previous contacts are powerful for us because marketing leaders regularly use the same MarTech stack at their new companies. Confident the same principle applies for other persona's. For close lost, it increases the odds that the contact is at least familiar with your company and can potentially bypass the education phase. The best part has been working with their team. Their CEO, Todd, reached out right when my license was activated to help me understand the capabilities, use cases, asked for feedback, gave me visibility on conversations with our operations team etc. It was easy to tell how much Todd truly cares about customers. Meanwhile, our CSM Stefanie, spent a lot of time helping create customized versions of their playbooks aka email templates. Stefanie also helped educated me on trends she's seeing throughout their customer base. Very grateful for Stefanie and chat with her pretty regularly on slack for quick advice. Happy to finally have Champify in my tech stack!
