I like Celoxis because it’s easy to use, well organized, and helps me manage projects and tasks efficiently.

Celoxis is very useful for my work. I spend a lot of time moving tasks between people, and meetings, pending jobs, deadlines, and project updates are all happening at the same time. Celoxis lets me see the status without digging through old emails or messages. Before a meeting, or when someone asks for an update, Celoxis is the first place I check. I can quickly see what’s finished, what’s still open, and where a follow‑up is needed. That context helps me ask the right person instead of sending a generic any update to everyone. I also like that the information is linked to the project, not to my own notes. When priorities shift, Celoxis makes it easier to spot what needs my attention. I mainly use it to check project status, follow up on pending work, monitor deadlines, prepare meeting updates, coordinate between teams, and keep track of activities that need management attention. For me, Celoxis is less about doing the work itself and more about having visibility so I can support the people who are responsible. I don’t keep a separate tracker for my own follow‑ups; I can look at the project information and work from there. This matters when several people are involved, because the status I’m checking isn’t something I wrote down it’s tied directly to the work the team is tracking. Celoxis is a good choice for Executive Assistants who support managers or teams across many projects and need to keep track of lots of follow‑ups. If the role is mainly calendar management and basic admin work, Celoxis may be more than what’s needed. Overall, Celoxis has been a helpful tool because it keeps me organized when there are many moving parts. I still use email, chat, and my usual notes, but I no longer have to rely on them alone to know where a project stands.

In engineering projects, my work is usually linked to specific activities, so a delay in one area can sometimes affect the next stage.<br><br>With Celoxis, I can check progress, pending activities, and timelines without relying entirely on updates from many different people. It helps me see what needs attention before it starts affecting the overall schedule.<br><br>I find Celoxis useful for engineering project planning, activity tracking, milestone monitoring, dependency management, schedule reviews, resource coordination, and progress reporting. For projects involving different engineering and support teams, having all this information in one place makes coordination easier.<br><br>That said, I wouldn’t say Celoxis replaces the tools I use for engineering work. For me, it’s most valuable on the project coordination side keeping track of activities, understanding dependencies, and seeing whether the work is moving according to plan.
