As a Compliance Manager, I find Celoxis useful for managing compliance activities that have different owners, deadlines, and dependencies. I mainly use Celoxis for compliance projects, remediation tracking, audit action items, risk and issue follow ups and management reporting. What I like is that I can keep tasks, milestones, responsibilities, and overall project progress in one place, instead of relying heavily on spreadsheets and email follow‑ups. The dashboards and reporting also help when I need to give management a clear view of what is progressing, what is delayed, and where attention is required. The risk and issue tracking is especially useful. If an action from a review is delayed, I can see who owns it, what it depends on, and whether it could affect the project. That gives me more context than simply marking something as pending. I also use Celoxis for remediation plans, audit related actions, compliance initiatives, policy implementation, regulatory change projects, risk tracking, and stakeholder reporting. It is especially helpful when several teams need to contribute to the same compliance initiative. What I find different is that Celoxis goes beyond being a simple task list. I can connect activities, deadlines, dependencies, risks, issues, and reporting within the project. That is useful in compliance because one delayed action can sometimes affect other activities, and having those relationships visible makes follow-up and prioritization easier.
