I love using Carbone because it's very user-friendly. Even people who aren't very knowledgeable can quickly understand how to create templates using Carbone Studio and Word, which is a tool most people are already familiar with. Their customer support is also excellent and really fast; they help you via chat quickly if you have issues like making a difficult table display of data. I find the pricing very fair as well. The initial setup was very easy, and it's made generating PDFs, even with a lot of variables and dynamic components, much easier.

I really enjoy using Carbone Studio. We’ve tried working with Ruby libraries/gems, and from a developer’s perspective they’ve been a nightmare; clunky and frustrating to deal with. By contrast, being able to see the output immediately is a huge time-saver and makes the entire process feel much smoother and more straightforward.
