I really appreciate Buildium’s customer support and technical team. They are consistently working on coming up with better versions of different modules, which greatly enhances my understanding of how the system works and identifies ways of improving it. This level of innovation and support in building functionalities makes the software very valuable to my community management tasks.

I find Buildium incredibly valuable for managing all of our rental properties, as it keeps all our tenant files organized and simplifies tracking finances for properties. I particularly appreciate how easy it is to add information about tenants and properties, which streamlines our workflow. The integration with Tenant Turner further enhances the utility of Buildium, allowing seamless operation across different platforms. Moreover, it's straightforward to navigate once you understand where to find things, which greatly improves the usability of the service. The initial setup was also quite easy, supporting a smooth transition to using Buildium effectively.

How quick software support answers the phone, and how detailed the online help is. The software is easy to use and intuitive. 100% of our tenants use their portal to pay their rent online. In our first year of using this software we've only had to take in and deposit one paper check - which was move-in funds. all other move-in funds and monthly amounts collected from tenants have been seamlessly processed and accurately applied through the software. It was very easy to implement - we did the whole thing in about 1.5 months. I log in every day and the dashboard widgets are very helpful in managing our about 50 doors. Customer support is great on the phone and via email. The features are great and probably their best highlight is the fact that they are constantly improving the software by adding new features and functionality based on user feedback/user-submitted feature requests. User can not only submit feature-requests, but also view all feature-requests submitted by any other user and vote on them. Feature-requests with more votes are reviewed by development team to work on implementing. I feel like every QTR there's a significant jump in features and ease-of-use - love it!
