Buildium makes day-to-day property management so much easier. I really like how everything is in one place—from tracking rent payments and sending out lease agreements to managing maintenance requests. The Resident Center is especially useful because it allows tenants to pay rent and submit requests online, which cuts down on back-and-forth communication. The accounting and reporting features are also very detailed, which helps a lot when managing multiple properties.

Easy use of accounting, tenant management, tenant communications are made so easy, keeping track of owner financials and our companies financials separately is also great, along with being able to 1099 vendors.
