I find Buildium to be an incredibly valuable tool for managing properties efficiently. It's easy for tenants to use and allows them to view their balances conveniently, which enhances tenant satisfaction and reduces queries. Additionally, I appreciate Buildium's simple system for tracking repairs and maintenance work orders, which streamlines operations and ensures that property upkeep is managed effectively. Moreover, setting up Buildium was a smooth process, which made transitioning from manual Excel files a much easier task.

Both the landlord and tenant platforms in Buildium are very user-friendly and well-designed for their intended purposes. It was easy to use and easy to integrate. I specifically like the reporting, ledgers, and ease of understanding if tenants are up to date on rent. When using features that aren't necessary on a regular basis, it's easy to find answers through Q+A or customer support.
