There are two things which are outstanding, one is the simplicity for end users, and two is the ability to integrate directly into our dev workflow to facilitate rapid changes. Being able to make quick updates and flow those through to users to review their implemented feedback and get acceptance has been a game changer.

I love the efficiency and simplicity of BugHerd. It helps reviewing a website very easy and makes it very easy to provide very detailed feedback on specific elements and specific sections. It's very clean and very organized. I value the annotations by being able to select specific sections and elements and providing the clear feedback because it makes it much simpler than trying to explain to the designer what changes you want.
