As a client working with a Property Management account administrator, I’ve found this to be a very helpful tool for collaborating on and refining new websites before launch. It’s relatively user-friendly, and I really appreciate being able to leave feedback exactly where it’s needed on the page/site. The option to add text suggestions or replacements—which I’m assuming are easy adjustments on the back end—is also very helpful. The site is fast, feedback updates in real time, and I appreciate how easy it is to communicate, with chats back and forth on specific tasks.

The ability to tag directly on the page. Before we were taking screenshots and explaining the issue in text to explain where and what the issue was. Being able to directly tag on the page is a game changer.
